Business Mentor: Outline "Broad Details"
Our business mentor relationship is much like a coaching relationship. If you already know how to swing the bat, we will perfect your fundamentals and add in tricks. If you are new to swinging the bat, then we start from scratch. We meet at YOUR intersection of skills and experience. This is the rough outline of the blueprint based on bringing a new product to market for a new business owner who was very strapped for cash. If you do many of these activities on your own, you will spend several thousand dollars just to get the information. That's what I did and continue to do. If you prefer to go solo, shoot me a note and I can recommend the memberships you cannot live without and the ones you absolutely must avoid based on your experience.

8. Create your sales system (get everything in place to launch)
9. Create meaningful metrics and getting your testing in place (test your sales letter, message, ads, etc. - how you'll know what to change)

Worried about Bare Bones Budget? If you are just starting and can spend the maximum amount of time with this project, the absolute most basic set up can be done for less than $500, sometimes much less and the ecommerce portal can be as simple as free to $30/mo in the beginning. Depends on where you are and what you want to achieve. We can scale in more sophisticated solutions as you become comfortable with them. The biggest expense is your time. If you do the work, you will be generating cash in under 90 days. For super achievers, it is not unusual to have revenues flowing in less than 30 days.
